The Goal Zero Nomad 28 Solar Panel is the most powerful, foldable solar panel of the Nomad Plus series of Goal Zero. The Nomad 28 is unique because of the large capacity combined with compact size and renewed monocrystalline solar cells. As a result, the Nomad 28 is suitable for charging generators, power packs and USB devices (even directly).

Thanks to a special technology, the Nomad 28 Plus generates a strong charging current, with which USB devices can also be charged without an extra power bank (buffer). In less than optimal weather conditions, an integrated function ensures that the charging of the connected device automatically resumes after an interruption. Another unique touch is the fact that the Nomad 28 Plus detects the charge status of the connected device and monitors it. The solar panel stops the generation of energy, once the device is fully charged. So you can connect your device carefree, it will not be overcharged.

Via the USB output, the Nomad 28 Plus Solar Panel can generate 50 – 60 Wh of energy daily. Converted this is approximately 14,000 mAh of power, enough to charge an average smartphone five to six times. The USB output has a strong charge current of 2.4 A, with which each USB device can be charged with optimal speed.

In addition, the solar panel has an 8mm Solar output that can provide up to 28 W. This output is very suitable for charging (Goal Zero) power packs and generators.

The charge indicator, which the Nomad 28 Plus features, makes the solar panel unique. With this, the charging is made a lot easier to monitor. The indicator shows in which position the solar panel works most efficiently. With the detachable stand, the Nomad 28 Plus panel can easily be put down or hung up in the best way.
